WP-16 Diagnostics screens at Stitch parity

Load AGENTS.md, ADR 0012, and this file. Tech specs: api/diagnostics-screens.md, app/diagnostics-screens.md, exchange/diagnostics-screens.md. Implement only when the user asks and WP-11 plus WP-12 have landed.

Group G4. May run beside WP-13, WP-14, and WP-15.

These folders sit inside the WP-07 presentation folder. WP-07 keeps the one diagnostics shell with its kind filter. WP-16 writes only these two subfolders.

Depends on​

WP-11 for the kit and theme. WP-12 for work item fields, scheduledAt, and the worklist summary.

Done when​

  1. Each folder above has one screen built from kit widgets.
  2. A golden or screenshot per screen sits beside its Stitch screen.png with the same layout, colors, type, and spacing.
  3. Imaging and lab screens read the same DiagnosticOrder and DiagnosticResult types. kind picks the folder.
  4. Every label comes from AppLocalizations. New keys live in l10n-src/diagnostics.json in English, French, and Arabic.
  5. Arabic renders RTL with Noto Sans Arabic.
  6. cd afia-app && flutter test passes.

Do not invent screens​

Build only the folders listed above. DICOM viewers, annotation, MPR, voice dictation, imaging AI, PACS, lab payments, compensation, and statistics stay out. Do not copy the side-by-side French and Arabic text from the export.
