Afia docs

This site has four sidebars. Product is for people who will use Afia. Tech, Decisions, and Agent are for people who build it.

Product exists in English, French, and Arabic. Switch language at the top right. Tech, Decisions, and Agent stay English in every locale.

Until cutover, implementer markdown still lives in ai-agent/. Run npm run sync after you edit that tree. Product pages are written here under docs/product. French and Arabic Product copy lives under i18n/. ADR 0009 records the split.

Do not invent Stitch screens. Export the Stitch projects first, then run WP-10.
