WP-08 Patient results projection

Load AGENTS.md, contracts.md, and this file. Tech specs: api/patient-results.md, app/patient-results.md, exchange/patient-results.md. Implement only when the user asks and WP-07 has landed.

Depends on​

WP-07. This package reads diagnostic results and projects them to the patient.

Done when​

  1. GET /api/v1/afia/results returns the current patient's results from diagnostics.
  2. The patient package does not persist DiagnosticResult.
  3. A patient cannot submit a result through this package.
  4. Tests insert a result in diagnostics and read it through this API.
  5. cd afia-api && mvn test passes.
  6. cd afia-app && flutter test passes.

Do not invent screens​

Do not invent a results timeline from Stitch. A list of summary and kind is enough until WP-10.
