WP-06 Encounter notes

Load AGENTS.md, contracts.md, and this file. Tech specs: api/encounter.md, app/encounter.md, exchange/encounter.md. Implement only when the user asks and WP-05 has landed.

Must not write​

  • EndpointUri.java, api_config.dart, docs/api-map.md
  • Appointment persistence, profiles, or diagnostics
  • Patient-facing note editors

Depends on​

WP-05. An encounter points at an appointmentId.

Done when​

  1. Encounter has id, appointmentId, and notes only.
  2. A clinician can create and update notes on /api/v1/afia/clinician/encounters.
  3. A patient cannot write this resource.
  4. Tests cover clinician write and a rejected patient write.
  5. cd afia-api && mvn test passes.
  6. cd afia-app && flutter test passes.

Do not invent screens​

Landing copy is "vos consultations". Do not invent SOAP templates or exam forms until WP-10.
