WP-11 exchange

No wire. The flow is tokens and labels into the build. Envelope: envelope.md.

Workflow

1. WP-11 copies the color, type, radius, and spacing tokens from Stitch DESIGN.md into lib/core/theme/.
2. WP-11 bundles Manrope, Noto Sans, and Noto Sans Arabic under assets/fonts/.
3. A screen WP adds keys to its own l10n-src/<role>.json.
4. merge_l10n.py writes the three ARB files. flutter gen-l10n builds AppLocalizations.
5. Screens render kit widgets with those labels.

None. No HTTP call.

Ownership

WP-11 writes lib/core/theme/, lib/presentation/kit/, assets/fonts/, tool/merge_l10n.py, and pubspec.yaml. Each screen WP writes its own l10n-src file.

Does not do

HTTP. Health data. Screen layout. Hand edits to the ARB files.
