Your account

You sign in once, with your phone and a code. The same account can carry more than one role.

I want to delete my account​

The public site already has a deletion page. That page is required for the store.

You send a request from the phone number or the email linked to the app. Deletion removes the account and the data tied to it, unless the law says the clinic must keep a record.

A signed-in patient can also delete the account from the profile. Use the public "Supprimer mon compte" page for that request as well. This docs site does not replace that page. The design export has no delete-account screen.

When you create the account, the store records your consent for the clinic to use your data.
