ADR 0014 — Release horizon (v1 / v2) vs Stitch parity

Status: accepted
Date: 2026-11-01

Context

Jira and the agent pack need a clear release cut for the CCF. The current release focuses on the first five CCF modules (Patient, Médecin, Admin, Laboratoire, Imagerie). Later CCF modules (Hubs, IoMT, Analyse IA, …) must stay backlog without looking like a hard agent-blocked wall. At the same time, ADR 0011 and ADR 0012 still defer DICOM, PACS, voice, and related screens from the landed WP-13–16 visual-parity cut. Mixing those two axes confused tickets (for example treating DICOM under Imagerie as v2).

Decision

Jira uses two orthogonal label axes:

  • module-* — area / role shell (module-patient, module-clinician, module-admin, module-imaging, module-lab, module-identity, module-platform, and later-module names). Not the release horizon.
  • v1 — current release = the first five CCF modules (Patient, Médecin, Admin, Laboratoire, Imagerie), including folders such as DICOM / PACS under Imagerie.
  • v2 — later CCF modules only (M-08 through M-17: Hubs, International, IoMT, Analyse IA, Analyse bio, ECG, Pharmaco, Epidemio, Formation, Assistant patient, …).

Do not use agent-blocked as the release gate. For a v2 ticket, agents may update pack / ADR / specs only until a human comments Autorisé implémentation. v1 Prenable tickets (including AFIA-41 DICOM/PACS) may be implemented when handed; still do not invent screens without in-repo specs (ai-agent/docs/, manifest/ccf-tree.tsv, ADRs).

Keep a second, separate cut: Stitch visual parity exclusions in ADR 0011 / 0012 (DICOM tools, PACS, imaging AI, voice, expert, hubs, …) mean those screens are not in the WP-13–16 parity land. That is not the Jira v2 horizon. DICOM under Imagerie is v1 backlog; hubs / IoMT / Analyse IA are v2.

Indexes: WP-17 (polish under AFIA-15) and WP-18 (integrations and later modules under AFIA-16).

Consequences

  • Filter V1: project = AFIA AND labels = v1. Filter V2: project = AFIA AND labels = v2.
  • Pack maps and Product pages must not equate “not in this TestFlight build” with “out of the product forever” for Imagerie DICOM / PACS.
  • Later modules (M-08+) still have no Java package and no work-package owns until authorized (ADR 0010).
