ADR 0011 — Stitch jobs are in scope, one flow per folder

Status: accepted Date: 2026-10-27

Context

The exchange specs describe a thin slice. The Stitch export has 185 screens in the five current projects. current-focus forbade payments, vitals, NNI, and charts because those fields were not in the first slice. The product ask is to match the jobs in the export, not to clone every PNG.

Decision

Each Stitch folder is one flow. New types beyond Account, PatientProfile, ClinicianProfile, Clinic, Appointment, Encounter, DiagnosticOrder, and DiagnosticResult are allowed for that flow.

  • Visits extend Appointment with change, cancel, slots, and a visit phase (WAITING, IN_ROOM, ENDED) plus a room link. There is no custom video stack.
  • The record adds prescriptions and shared documents. Exam results stay in diagnostics. resultsForPatient is the patient read. A result moves through entered, validated, and sent. The viewer is the artifact URI.
  • Clinic operations add more than one structure, specialties, exam types, lab agreements, and tariffs.
  • Payments and vitals are in scope. A patient can pay a visit or an exam and record a vital and an alert. Charts stay out. NNI stays out in this ADR; ADR 0013 later puts NNI on PatientProfile.
  • Modules M-08 through M-17, DICOM tools, PACS, imaging AI, voice bots, forums, expert opinion, and hubs stay unassigned until a zip exists.

Sign-in stays phone plus code. Accounts, sessions, challenges, and consents persist in Postgres. Delete requires the signed-in session.

Consequences

  • current-focus no longer blocks payments and vitals. It still blocked NNI until ADR 0013. Charts and the later modules stay blocked.
  • Agents still write one flow at a time. They do not add a screen that the export does not contain.
  • The constant code 000000 stays until a later ADR replaces it.
  • Unassigned DICOM / PACS under Imagerie are still v1 backlog, not Jira v2; see ADR 0014.
