WP-03 Clinician profile

Load AGENTS.md, contracts.md, and this file. Tech specs: api/clinician-profile.md, app/clinician-profile.md, exchange/clinician-profile.md. Implement only when the user asks and WP-00 has landed.

Group G1. May run beside WP-01, WP-02, and WP-04.

Depends on​

WP-00. Reads Account.id from identity once WP-01 exists.

Done when​

  1. ClinicianProfile has accountId and specialty only.
  2. A clinician can read and update their own profile on /api/v1/afia/clinician/profile.
  3. Tests cover the HTTP resource. They do not create appointments or notes.
  4. cd afia-api && mvn test passes.
  5. cd afia-app && flutter test passes.

Do not invent screens​

F-05 is inferred. There is no Stitch screen list. Do not add agenda or patient-list UI here.
